We have every tenant review and sign the CRIME FREE ADDENDUM when signing a new lease. We believe the expectations must be set at the beginning of the lease to avoid future disagreements down the road. We inform the tenants that the owner wants the property to be crime free at ALL times or their will be consequences. Tenants review and sign the form with very little questions because the addendum is pretty straight forward.

Single Family Homes Condos Townhomes Multiplexes Apartment Complexes I have witnessed many complexes not managed by me that many cars are parked illegally in the parking lot. Many owners allow cars to sit on their property far too long in my opinion. Personally, I do not allow illegal cars to stay on the property due to security reasons. Also, the illegal cars do not attract the best characters to the property.
