I ran a very successful radio show named “Real Estate and Beyond” here in Phoenix, Arizona for many years until I stopped doing radio so I could take care of my in-laws who were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I believe radio is the best marketing tool for a real estate agent. It gives that agent instant credibility in their marketplace. Why? I have heard many real estate agents and loan officers who avoid the FHA 203k renovation loans because they mean extra work. However, we must do what is right for the client. These are great loans for the buyer to fix a home in order to maintain housing values in that particular neighborhood.

We manage many homes when it comes to Phoenix Property Management. We deal with HOAs, city governments and much more. I received a very lengthy Email from an owner regarding his property. He wanted clarification on How to Respond To a City of Phoenix Code violation on his property. The failure to comply with the violation would be subject up to $2,500 for each violation and/or six months in jail. The owner was very nervous. The purpose of the letter is for the owner to take action.

We can all confirm that real estate has become a top discussion at many dinner tables and water coolers around the country. Everybody equates real estate and riches together. Learning gratitude in life is a must in everyone's life. I am teaching my kids about gratitude for others. One of the ways they are learning is by sending thank you notes to people after they attend events or activities in the houe of a friend. How many of you take the time to say THANK YOU! Please take time out this week to thank the people in your life that make things possible. A simple phone call, hand written note or a surprise gift card out of the blue. We all need encourage throughout the week.
This will be my first official ActiveRain Contest participation since 2013.
