PRIVATE MONEY FOR ARIZONA TRUSTEE SALES I work mainly with investors in Phoenix, AZ, who want great deals and want to invest the minimum in order to reserve their cash for more deals. So, I have been able to develop relationships with private individuals that will loan their money out to other investors at a normal 18% short term bridge loan in order to get a better return on their money. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation asked the buyers of under performing banks to assist with home buyers who are behind in their payments. Here is a list of bank failures since 2000. The list is quite impressive. Experts predict another 100+ banks to close by end of 2009. The FDIC is asking the bank buyers to relieve their burden at the present time.
