PRIVATE MONEY FOR ARIZONA TRUSTEE SALES
I work mainly with investors in Phoenix, AZ, who want great deals and want to invest the minimum in order to reserve their cash for more deals. So, I have been able to develop relationships with private individuals that will loan their money out to other investors at a normal 18% short term bridge loan in order to get a better return on their money. The private lender is in first lien position on the property. It has been working out quite nicely in my business.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation asked the buyers of under performing banks to assist with home buyers who are behind in their payments. Here is a list of bank failures since 2000. The list is quite impressive. Experts predict another 100+ banks to close by end of 2009. The FDIC is asking the bank buyers to relieve their burden at the present time.
