Day 1/Mile 1 Down...Only 364 to Go OK. So, just about everybody makes a New Year's resolution or two (the most popular of which is to lose weight). However, by the end of January, those resolutions tend to go by the wayside. That's why I'm calling this a "lifestyle change/habit" instead of a "resolution". Like a good Cinnabon, I want it to stick! Luckily, my friend Carra Riley created an event on Facebook called 365 Miles in 365 Days. Everyone is welcome.
