movie review: Movie Review Monday: Bridesmaids

I am a HUGE movie-lover. Always have been. I love all kinds of movies: comedies, chick-flicks, romance, adventure, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, horror...you name it, I probably like it. It gives you a much broader base of entertainment that way. I'm the same way with music. In fact, a typical weekend involves at least one movie but usually a few more than that. In that vein, I thought I'd start writing a regular feature called Movie Review Monday. For my first Movie Review Monday, I thought I'd write about "Bridesmaids". movie review: Paranormal Activity Lives Up to the Hype!

"Paranormal Activity" lives up to the hype! As a movie buff (and a horror movie buff to boot), I was so excited when I saw sneak previews online for "Paranormal Activity". What stood out was that this low-budget movie (made only for a little over $10,000) decided to forgo showing scenes from the movie. But, instead, showed the audience reactions to special screenings and that got me hooked.
