As you may well be aware of (and totally supporting, might I add), it is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This is a cause that is near and dear to my heart since I have unfortunately lost loved ones to it but am also happy to say I have loved ones who have survived as well. That's why we need to continue supporting this cause. However, not to take away from that, October has been chosen to honor another cause near and dear to my heart. Duh!
