Astronomy was never one of my strong suits. We had a telescope many years ago but sold it. Recently my son has gotten seriously interested in astronomy, and some of the pictures he is getting using a realtively inexpensive telescope and his Canon XTI are pretty astounding. Technology has certainly changed the accessibility to do things like this. One of the great things about living in Big Water is the lack of light pollution. The stars really shine here. big water: Change in Arizona out of state Real Estate License Requirements

Thought some folks might like the “heads up” As of Feb. 8th 2008, the ADRE will no longer be issuing any new out of state education waivers. This was a Substantial Policy change by the Commissioner. Apparently the state was monitoring test results and people who had been issued education waivers were taking more than one try to pass the Arizona portion of the real estate exam. I am new to real estate. Whew - got that said! I am, however, not new to life, motherhood, grandmotherhood or the working world. Today is a start, a new beginning. Living in the small town, village if you will, of Big Water, Utah along with 400 other hardy souls, may not seem like a good place to start in the real estate business but au contraire; this is one of the most unique, odd, and different places in the world.
