Over at the Lake Powell Real Estate Blog I am doing a series on current area developments. Tuscany, a Basic Development project, headed up by Boyd Docksteader, is well underway and looking wonderful. There are five models to choose from which are reasonably priced from $229,000 to $325,000. The quality of workmanship is noticable walking through not only the completed homes, but also touring the homes still under construction.

Page, Arizona placed in the top ten of Outdoor Life's April 2008 cover story, "Best Places to Live - Top 200 Towns For Hunters & Anglers" Page placed as one of the lists "Supertowns" Outdoor Life has 5 million readers and was started in the late 1800's. So, how did Page make this list? Simple - it's an awesome place!!
