A tiny bit of relief last week as more listings hit the market on the residential side.
The condo market looks bad in the graph (more sold than listed) but the inventory is up with 43 active compared to 34 active last week!

Comparing January 2021 to January 2020:
Price = ↑ The median sales price is ↑ 30.4% Price per square foot is ↑ 19.9% Inventory = ↓ Current homes for sale is ↓ 55.4%  Months of inventory is ↓ 57.1% Days on Market is ↓ 86.4.7% - did you see that??? 86%!! New Listings = ↓ New listings were ↑ 15.6% Pending Sales were ↑ 88.5% - YIKES! Closed sales were ↑ 85.0% YIKES! Heather Stevenson BROKER
