I just got back from Northern Ireland were everyone can not get over the price of petrol (gas). They work on litres so I couldn't really make the comparison until I am sitting here converting everything. When I convert a litre of gas at 1 pound 13 pence into gallons - 1 litre equals .264172051 gallons and then convert the British Pound into Dollars my results came out at approx. - Drum Roll!!!! $8.50 a gallon!!! Now I know it was always higher in years past but not by that much. It is really getting crazy … (0 comments)

Forbes has reported that Forsyth County in Georgia is now considered one of the wealthiest counties in America - 13th to be exact. It is reported that the median income is $83,682 I have seen the growth in this county first hand as a resident for 12 years. I am so impressed with everything that is taking place here. Jobs, schools, construction. It would definitely be somewhere in Georgia you might want to consider when making a move to this area. I have found a great website that I send to my buyers when they are looking for information on schools in the area. www.schoolmatters.com. It is very easy to access the information on the school you want to research. My neighborhood just changed elementary schools from Settles Bridge Elementary, Georgia to Johns Creek Elementary, Georgia and so there is no data yet on the new school. Fortunately my son goes there so I can vouch for it! I just want to tell everyone about a wonderful golf club subdivision in South Forsyth , Georgia called Olde Atlanta Club. I have lived here for 12 years and I love it. My children say it is like living in a resort!! How fun is that??? We have a very active golf club, leisure and ALTA tennis, a great clubhouse for functions and a wonderful swimming pool with a very active swim team. It has something for everyone!!!
