Answer: If waiting for answers is difficult for you, prevent this by providing a respond by date to your offer to purchase.  Putting a time limit on your offer puts the pressure on the sellers.  Note that you need to be prepared to fold and wait or cancel offer if sellers do not respond by that date.  You could also risk upsetting sellers which could make negotiating on your purchase more difficult.

I was at CE event recently and I was approached by an agent I had worked with at a Brokerage House I had worked at in the past. Nothing unusual about that, we all interact on a daily basis and do a little chit chatting at these events.  But as I was talking to him he received a phone call and proceeded arguing profusely with the person on the other end of the line.  They continued going on and on for about ten minutes. I ended up just walking away because it was obvious the agent could not communicate with the person on the other … (1 comments)
