Brooklyn Park home prices have appreciated at a tramendous rate. Although slowing during January so far, Brooklyn Park has seen an amazing bounceback from the lows of 2007-2009. It's unlikely his appreciation will slow in the coming year, but take advantage now while rates are low. These numbers also are outstanding for those that were underwater and could mean people that have been locked in their home for several years can now make a move.

St. Louis Park is generally one of the high fliers in the real estate market with homes selling quickly in general and prices elevating quicker than in most markets. September's numbers show a healthy but steady market in the ST. Louis Park real estate. Homes for sale in St. Louis Park sold just a tab under the number of new listings but this is nominal and the inventories are still low and will likely continue to see seasonally adjusted lower numbers. Its fall and my favorite time of year both personally and professionally! On a personal level, I love the change of season, the turning of the fall colors, the cool breeze and most of all, I love fantasy football, tailgating and going to football games either high school, college or pro. On a professional level, opposite of most agents, I tend to sell more homes in the fall. I have never believed in the idea homes only sell in spring or summer.
