I thought I would share a simple tip that should make it loud and clear that your landlord is upside down on their mortgage and you may be facing eviction soon or you may have a landlord that likely will not be addressing maintenance issue should they occur in your building. One of the biggest clues is hand written signs or worse yet.....recycled signs.
