Sellers in Rogers seemed to have taken December off. While other area markets have seen healthy yet still season numbers, Rogers residents seam to have fallen into a Holiday coma. Appreciation levels are increasing still but without any inventory, it's going to be hard to even get proper data for January's numbers. Home owners looking to sell!!!
