Let us take a look at what is going on in Delaire Landing a gated waterfront community. in the Torresdale section of NE Philadelphia. Just like every community across the country this wonderful condo development was hit by the COVID 19 Virus. Many of the amenities were shut down. The residents love these amenities. Hopefully, with the vaccine, many things will be opening up again.
Unfortunately, a few residents passed away as everywhere across the country did. We keep these residents in our thoughts and prayers. The pool was closed for precautions also because of city ordinances. This did cause an upset … (21 comments)
