Let's talk about Delaire Landing a Gated Waterfront Community in the Torresdale Section of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. So much has happened it is Fall in this beautiful development. The trees are turning colors and a new fence has been put up along the river for safety purposes. There has also been some mesh wiring put up on the fencing another safety issue. Over the years the drop to the river has increased and become dangerous. Some folks are not happy with the looks we will discuss this at a later time
