Delaire Landing condominiums located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 is a gated community.It consists of many individual condo associations that form one Master association. Each individual association has their own rules & regulation and also abides by the Master Council rules and regulations. Delaire Landing Condo #1 is an individual association within Delaire Landing Condo Community.Condo #1 is a small association and also the original sample condominiums built. This man is 99 years old.He lives at Delaire Landing Condominium and was having a wonderful time at the rained out party.Every evening he takes a walk to the court yard in condo one and sits in the restored Asian Gardens.He is still very active and we all love him.Ninety nine years old and still counting.Here are some more pictures of the the night he came to enjoy. 99 years old and still ready to party!

Here is a wonderful and a very tradition way to spend the Fourth of July! In the city where Independence all started The City of Brotherly Love here is a list of two sites of spectacular firework displays for your enjoyment. Special thanks to our local peacock TV channel Pyro-Musical Fireworks Show Saturday, July 4 9:30p at Philadelphia Park, Bensalem, PA Come join Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment Inc. and Bensalem officials as they host the largest family friendly Independence Day fireworks display on the east coast. Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band was here in our back yard ! Philadelphia's that is.They were in Camden New Jersey at the Susquehanna Bank Center.They draw a huge crowd both young and old.Jimmy Buffet originates in Key West Florida and his followers are called Parrot heads. There were quite a few funny hats of parrots walking around and most of them were senior citizens..Young or old everyone was having a good time enjoying the music of Jimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer Band. What a great Day we had at Delaire Landing! The Condo Board had decided to get a new pool company and Life guards this year! We even have Life guard stands with umbrellas .How great is that? What a Great decision it was! After a long cold winter of hibernation everyone was glad to see each other .Some people had good news to share and some had sad news .The pools looked beautiful. .and were enjoyed by all....The chairs were cleaned off and set up around the tables and the umbrellas were all up ,chaise lounge chairs were lined up for … (7 comments)
