May the April Showers Challenge blossom into May business for all who entered. Hopefully, everyone will continue to write beautiful Market Reports. I want to personally thank everyone who entered the April Challenge for making it Rain.
I also want to thank Debe Maxwell, CRS for persisting with her text messages to me encouraging me to host this contest and Liz and Bill Spear who took his time to explain maps. These two Active Rainers are the best Thank you both so much
