2010: 2010 Resolutions-why do we do this?

I better start this post with IMHO: A Resolution shouldn't be made just because everyone else is making them! Last year my resolutions actually happened! I made them for personal reasons, gave myself a plan and made them happen. I even held myself accountable and kept track in a diary. Not a book anyone else would want to read but, it worked for me. I lost 20 pounds with more focus than determination Spent more time with the family Sorted and cleared "stuff" in the house Decided that I wanted one particular job and gave it a lot of attention-I may know more … (4 comments)
