This schedule applies to the North Texas Metroplex only where our high season is summertime. January and February are popular relocation months as the new corporate budgets go into effect even though most families would prefer a move in May or June. Our youngest daughter Alison, surprised us today with an e-mail that said she is one of 3 in the District with a shot at getting (winning) a $1000. savings bond for her poster. The energy company Oncor came by their school and brought big pads of drawing paper, Markets, Crayons, colored pencils and paints and they gave a presentation to the 5th graders about electricity and some safety tips. Just got the results back on the Hubby's cancer fight-He's winning! Numbers are undetectible and if you have had or ever known anyone in that fight you know there is no better gift. The hardest part of making a move to a new office is the physical move sometimes but, it is also a mental move. I am wondering if the same thing happens to buyers when they seek a new home. I found myself trying to rearrange my desk to the "most productive" direction. Maybe there is something to this afterall. I wonder what direction my first formal desk faced? I have to admit, when I first moved back to Texas I wasn't as familiar with the Flora and Fauna as I might have been. I'm not sure that most people think to study the animals in the environment that they may be moving into. I have lived in many different places in my life and found that it may be a good thing to consider the "other" neighbors: Arizona: Rattlesnakes, Gila Monsters, Scorpions, Daddy longlegs spiders, Lots of butterflies in the Spring!
