The Evergreen Walk Apartment Complex & Hotel in South Windsor was recently approved by The South Windsor Planning and Zoning commission on September 13th, 2011. This approval allows for a 20 acre, 200,000 square foot development that would be officially titled "Town Square at Evergreen Walk". The Town at Evergreen Walk will include a 121-room hotel along with 200 apartments split evenly between two 4 story buildings. The complex will consist of both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments listing from $1400-$1700 monthly for the one bedroom and $1800-$2000 monthly for the two bedroom.
