value of blogging in question: Ok - blog it

All right - let's blog. What's the real value of blogging as a real estate professional? Can you honestly tell me that buyers are out there reading blogs when they are ready to select a realtor? It may be occurring but it sure isn't happening on a scale that would cause me as a realtor to be concerned if I wasn't a "blogger". I consider myself a fairly hip technology person and I have been a member of Activerain only a short while.
