Some property sellers believe they can sell their home. By undertaking this effort, they believe they will save money and probably "do a better job." Yet the statistics about for sale by owner homes seem to contradict those beliefs.  
In 2022, per the National Association of Realtors (NAR), For Sales By Owners (FSBO) accounted for 7% of all homes sold and this was the same percentage in 2021.

Again, another song made a connection to me. I was listening to an oldie, The Long and Winding Road, by the Beatles. The lyrics continue with
 
“That leads to your door, Will never disappear, I’ve seen that road before, It always leads me here, Lead me to your door.”

coe: A Childhood Lesson to Remember if You Want to Be Remembered - 04/16/20 07:32 AM
Maybe because I am older, I remember from my childhood my mother setting me down at the kitchen table to write thank you cards for Birthday and Christmas gifts. She would address the envelopes when I was younger. As I grew up and my handwritting improved, I addressed the envelopes myself. I passed this childhood lesson onto my daughter who has passed it onto her daughter.
