As an aside, this past week I had the opportunity to reactivate my semi-retired consulting practice with a workshop in Chicago, Il. The purpose of the workshop was to unite a hesitant team filled with FEAR due to some past poor executive leadership.
Each team member took two psychometric assessments, DISC and EQ (emotional intelligence). Also, there were 20 – 15-minute interviews in which I asked seven (7) questions. Those interviews helped me to personally connect with (21 comments)
