Yet, “dawn’s early light” returned giving proof “our Flag was still there.” With 13 strips and 50 stars, old Glory still flies over the “ramparts we watched.”
Yes, our “star-spangled banner yet wave, O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave" is always present.

Believe it or not the year is almost half over. Time, even though it is a constant, does seem to fly by. Minutes suddenly turn into hours, hours into days, days into weeks, weeks into months. One looks back and may think what has happened it was just April?
Reflection is a necessary and supports self-awareness.

Once again I received a call from someone traveling the dirt roads here in Golden Valley who had seen my "For Sale" sign. The caller was looking for very inexpensive land around $5,000 for a couple of acres.
The buyer asked the following: “With all this land, why isn’t there more for sale?”
My response is there are $5,000 vacant land lots for sale but most of them do not have signs on the property. I further explained to this buyer that I place signs on all of my vacant lots as I want potential buyers like yourself to find the correct lot.

Sometimes we become so busy, so entangle with the day to day events, our serious side is in overdrive. Sure we may chuckle, but to laugh, really laugh is often put to the side.
Last night I heard my husband laughing. I walked into our office and saw he was watching Laurel and Hardy. He laughs at these clips, movies today as much as he did when he first viewed them. I sometimes envy his ability to laugh.

Often here in Mohave County, rural land specialists will publish a county map (featured photo) as the main photo in the local MLS. This is permitted as some areas in Mohave County may be landlocked.
However, often real estate agents will just use the Mohave County Map (see above) as the primary photo because they have not personally traveled to the property. This map photo usually does not show right of way, zoning or flood zones.

Sometimes one has the opportunity to learn a lot in social media from a verified source. This past weekend I read about changes in AZ specific to septic permitting process, installation and inspection per Mark Johnson an Environmental Consultant/Engineer.
