ABSOLUTELLY CORRECT!!! The same happens with a Home Inspection. Often a Home Inspection is performed 2 weeks before closing. Anything can happen since the inspection field work. So, follow this advise. Never signed the final documents before going back to the house and do a walk through!! If not you are for surprices.
