financial situation: Does anyone want to CHANGE their current financial situation?

I for one do and am determined to do so. Today is Thanksgiving Day and it is also my 36th Birthday today. I have 3 beautiful children and a beautiful wife that stays home with the family as I try to provide for them. I began doing real estate just over 2 years ago and I've been told that I got in at the wrong time. I'm tired of all the negativity. I'm ready to change things.
