Here are the latest statistics from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors for Plymouth. The chart explains itself, but in a nutshell, there were a whopping 7% less single family homes on the market in May this year than last year. The housing affordability has not been this good since 2004, according to the association. I believe that we’re near the end of the price cuts, too. Ready, buyers? … (0 comments)

My husband, Tony, and I live in Plymouth, Minnesota and there isn’t anyone who will say that we have unique restaurants. That’s so sad! What’s up with that? Well, it’s because it’s a sleepy second tier suburb that caters to parents and kids to be like…well…my kid. My kid…Matthew. He was is my little angel. (He’s 23…go stick your finger down your throat…it’s OK.) When we moved here from Chicago, I insisted he go to Wayzata High School. And so it was.
