Yesterday, I happened to pick up the local Fairfax County Times. The headline was: Mailbox bombs prompt warning.  Being a Fairfax County Resident, I immediately read the rest of the article only to find out that the warning was intended for people in my area of Fairfax County (Reston, Great Falls & Springfield). Maybe it is because I was on vacation last week, but this is the first that I have heard of this--and it is pretty alarming!Since April there have been 11 instances of these 'mailbox bombs' being found in the Reston and Great Falls area.
