Most, if not all, of us have been touched in some way by Breast Cancer. While many studies have been done to try to determine the cause, these studies generally include women who already have Breast Cancer. Maybe you saw the NBC evening news last night, or the TODAY Show yesterday morning. Dr. Susan Love, in conjunction with Avon, is launching a campaign to recruit women who do not have Breast Cancer or who have been cured of Breast Cancer to help in studies to find out what causes the disease. I just heard the news that Tim Russert, NBC News’ Washington bureau chief and the moderator of “Meet the Press,” is dead of a heart attack. He was only 58. If you are not a political junkie, like I am, you probably think it is strange that I am writing this post. If, on the other hand, you enjoy switching between conservative and liberal stations just to see how differently they interpret events, you are probably feeling the same shock and sadness I am right now.
