Support our Troops, The Girl Scouts and a special young woman from Northern Virginia as she provides smiles, and treats, to those who serve our country. Last week, I received an email from a friend asking me to buy Girl Scout Cookies from her neighbor. That is not particularly unusual this time of year. What was unusual about this request is what this young woman does with the purchased cookies. Kate, is a 13 year old girl who creates 'All-American Care Packages' for our troops overseas.
