A Backyard Sanctuary is One Key to SuccessA backyard can be inviting and relaxing with a conversation area that is simple to create. A few chairs pulled close together beside a small table can be special. An outdoor eating area always makes a property more inviting. A clean fresh tablecloth, some flowers in a vase and doesn’t it just say “home” to you?The kids play area should be organized and neat. Sporting equipment in baskets give the invitation of “let’s play ball” and the feeling that there is plenty of room for it. But swing sets that are rusty and sagging … (8 comments)
I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since.
I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
