earthquakes: Early Warning Notification System

In light of the recent earthquake that was centered in Fontana, CA one day ago, and because of the recent fires in Glendora, CA today, I thought that it would be a good time to remind everyone that they can register with their respective Counties for "Early Warning Notification System." It is a a system that uses telephones to alert residents and businesses in your County who are affected, threatened, or might be endangered by an emergency event or a disaster. The system uses phone numbers in the region’s 9-1-1 database to contact listed and unlisted land-line telephones. It is TTY/TDD capable. (0 comments)

I must be losing my sensitivity to earthquakes, no I don't think so. So unknown to me, around 4:30 and 5:00 AM this morning there were approximately nine small quakes. Most of them were rated under 2.0 magnitude. The first one was a 3.7-magnitude shaker centered a mile from La Verne. I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since.
I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
