home: Sharing with Spidey ~It's Home!

After living in my generous sized home for almost 15 years, it was time to downsize. But where oh where to go? Until I settle that question, I am spending some time with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons, 8 and 6. They live in a large house in Eastvale, California, where I have the guest room and share the bathroom with Spiderman, motorcycles, soldiers, WWE fighter guys, and the aforementioned grandsons. I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since.
I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
