Yesterday, it was reported in the Herald- Tribune (http://goo.gl/8g7zBI) that the long time FSBO chief executive of BUYOwner.com, Al Bennati, hired a Coldwell Banker REALTOR®, Donna Miller, to sell his $3.78 million dollar estate in Florida. He is quoted as saying, "To sell a home of this magnitude, it needs to be done by a person and a company that reaches buyers of this caliber. Selling upper-end homes like mine was never the market for BuyOwner."
Roughly translated, to me, that means that since his home is so much better than … (2 comments)
I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since.
I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
