Trying to Time the Market?..... fuhgeddaboudit!Trying to time the real estate market in Oxnard, CA. is a game you can win only only by coincidence or luck.Unemployment remains a concern. An increase in the number of new households is predicated on an increase in jobs. Even if we have seen the worst of the recession, most analysts believe the housing recovery could be rocky for years. I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since.
I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
