Some More Reasons To Use Evernote ... as if you needed more! I must admit, that I vastly underrated the value of Evernote. I initially used it to jot down grocery needs, and as an atm spending register.   Then I really graduated! I found out that you can really use Evernote not only as the repository of all things vital (like my birth certificate, and passport) but also for what the serial numbers are for my key boxes, their shackle release codes and on what listings they are on. For listings, buyers, sellers and escrow transactions. For tracking vendors … (51 comments)

real estate: Trying to Time the Market?..... fuhgeddaboudit! - 02/12/12 06:15 AM
Trying to Time the Market?.....   fuhgeddaboudit!Trying to time the real estate market in Oxnard, CA.  is a game you can win only only by coincidence or luck.Unemployment remains a concern. An increase in the number of new households is predicated on an increase in jobs. Even if we have seen the worst of the recession, most analysts believe the housing recovery could be rocky for years. A quick turnaround is probably not on the horizon. What is for sure right now are the ‘not seen for decades’ low interest rates. What is for sure right now are lower home prices. It is really … (15 comments)

real estate: Baddest on the Block - 04/12/11 10:41 AM
Baddest on the Block When it comes to selling or buying homes in Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, or Port Hueneme, the one that I want to buy or sell has to be and is going to be the "Baddest on the Block." And I can help you set the stage for this cool respect. It is going to have "Street Cred" (curb appeal). When you walk or cruise by, it is going to say "Look at me. I can be yours. This is love at first sight. Come on in, I have more for you to see inside." It is going to … (7 comments)

real estate: Good News/Bad News on Ventura County Property Tax Bills - 04/09/11 10:25 AM
Good News/Bad News on Ventura County Property  Tax Bills If you own real estate property in Ventura County, including but not limited to Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, and Port Hueneme, then the good news is you have an extra day to pay your property tax bill. Yay!! The bad news is you still have to pay it. Boo!! If you are like me and don't have an impound account (where these fees are included in your monthly payment) and you procrastinate until the last possible moment to give local government your hard earned (or as yet unearned) money, then you will be … (7 comments)

I have been a Realtor since 1996. Ironically, I became a real estate agent to learn about buying and selling property for my own personal portfolio. Somewhere along the way, I found out I really enjoyed helping others buy their first home, or their move-up home, and it increased their portfolio. So I started doing it full time and I haven’t looked back since. I’m detailed oriented, so I’ll keep an eye on those pesky tasks that have to be seen to so we close on time. I answer my phone when you call or I’ll call back in a reasonably short amount of time. And I have the experience and expertise to guide you through the selling/buying process so that you achieve your real estate goals.
