I just wanted to let you know that I have already adopted the new standardized report format set forth by the Home Inspector Licensure Board set to go into effect 12/01/07. This together with the recent changes made to the Offer To Purchase And Contract are changing the way we do business. The transaction process with it's time constraints can be very stressful and this is where I can help, I want to help you to be more successful. I can do that by saving you time.
