Most people think of a Home Inspection as the process of checking the furnace,looking at the roof, walking around the perimeter and trying to view broken windows,opening the electrical panel, inspecting plumbing for leaks,looking at the foundation for cracks and maybe scuttling through the crawl space.
The Inspector is thought of as a guy with a checklist who does this and simply writes down visible issues , takes some pictures,collects his Inspection fee,and sends a report. The above is not inaccurate but is only a part of the process.

My newest website is the result of a great template from Home Inspector Pro and bit by bit over time learning by trial and error. Attending Active Rain camp ,reading articles on the internet,listening to HIP's Dominic and using tools such as SEO Book or others that help you determine rank such as Mike Marketing Tools which is needed as the browsers do not give you an accurate account of where your sites actually sit since they base results on your past searches even when you log out. A few days ago I decided to take a shower upon waking up as per normal routine when I noticed my feet were splashing around in a puddle. To begin with they say people make judgments about other people within the first 10 seconds of meeting them. So common sensed dictates that people will judge your house by the first thing that they see and that's the front outside of your property.
