Arizona Bond Program- Lot #4- Interest Rate Set at 4.75%- Expires 6-11-11, for first-time homebuyers
 
Arizona has a Bond Program that is offering home loan programs for first-time homebuyers that is offering a fixed interest rate of 4.75%. The Arizona Bond programs are offered in Lots and as funds are disbursed, new Lots become available with new terms.  Lot #4, which has a set interest rate of 4.75%, expires on June 11, 2011 or when funds are exhausted.
This Bond Program is available to all counties except Maricopa and Pima.
