The beauty of a home seen through Naked trees. Today I drove by 14 Timber Way Ct. which is a Sprawling Contemporary Rancher on a wooded lot in Sagamore Forest area in Reisterstown, MD21136 I took a winter photograph of this unique rancher which has a FOUR car garage and a state of the art fireplace that divides the living and family room areas. Have you thought about the versatility of a ranch home...no not one with horses but a one story rancher with accessibility and few or no steps! Ranchers can have have beautiful curb appeal and my favorites are the sprawling structures that have a contemporary feel..especially with cathedral or high ceilings and an abundance of glass for that light, bright, open feeling of spaciousness. When I think rancher, I think of a forever home... a home that can house a young family with growing children, teenagers, college bound young adults, caretakers and extended family. The entry of a home makes a statement. Is it inviting? Is it welcoming? Does it say "Come In" ? This is the entrance foyer of my newest listing, a 3264' Rancher plus a full basement in Sagamore Forest II Reistersown, MD 21136. Look at the hardwood floors, the granite accents...leading to the spiral staircase, the 10 foot high ceilings... all cedar, the wood closet doors, the inlaid ceramic flooring, the brightness and the general decor. This foyer sets a mood for the rest of the tour. I think it says, 'Come In'
