Received a call today from a potential seller with a very unusual home to sell. They found me through my print media and have been following me for awhile.
With time in my schedule, I went over this afternoon and I found this to be a really unique, secluded gem, custom built by the present owner and in a very desirable area but in need of TLC.
It is one of those "unsalable" homes that "won't appraise"
... right up my alley.
I love the challenge.
After asking my two questions, I got affirmative answers. Yes... they want to sell and yes... they want to use me.

Today on a listing appointment, I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Christopher who is the letter carrier for 17 Bellows Ct. Dulaney Towers. That's the PC word...remember when they were called mailmen?
Even Jim's uniform makes that clear.
Jim was a delight and really enjoys what he does...working for the US Postal Service. Jim knows the neighborhood. He knows when someone is moving and he sometimes knows when someone is looking to buy. I asked permission to take his picture and by that smile, you know the answer.
