Today we went to closing on another Pikesville Condo. This two bedroom, two baths 4th-floor unit never hit the market.
We were able to get in before it hit the MLS.
I announced on my live radio show my buyer's need for a condo in this building. And a caller after the show let me know there was one going on the market and gave me the owner's name and number.
That was on a Sunday afternoon. By 10:00 PM on that same Sunday, we had a signed contract.
