My clients are purchasing a very large home together. These are two sisters that sold their homes and decided to live together. The home they are buying has a pool, separate master suites, landscaped private lot, a two car garage and a finished lower level. There is plenty of room for each one to have privacy and yet still share the luxury of a beautiful home much nicer than a single home for each. One can sure live a lot better sharing a home instead of renting. By sharing expenses, utilities, splitting the mortgage, pool maintenance etc.. this just may be something … (9 comments)
