Listening to Jasen Edwards Sunday message he reminded us there are 93 days till the end of the year. But in Real Estate if you are planning on closing by the holidays, you don't have a full ninety days. Want to sell your house and close before the New Year...you better be listing it right now. Want to buy a home before the end of December, you better be qualified and looking right now. Want to reach your goals, as an agent, as a broker, as a manager, as a lender, you better be busy out there listing, selling and qualifying right now.
