Not only does this page have my active listings, it has homes that I need for specific buyers.
This page does more than show my listings. It promotes my website HomeRome.com, it promotes my weekly radio show, it shows properties that are Too Late, Coming Soon and Sold.

Sometimes There Are No Calls
On my weekly radio show ALL ABOUT REAL EATATE, there are times when no one calls in.
Like the real estate business, sometimes the phones don't stop and other times it is quiet and we are able to do lots of other things.
Some people ask if I am afraid of what questions will be asked.
Not at all....because we are used to answering the phone and never know who is going to be on the line and what information they will share or need from us.
Real estate prepares us for answering and for thinking on our feet.

Ten AR members called in!
We had 10 ActiveRain Members call the radio show this past Sunday, 11/8/15, and I could speak with all of them.
The lines were jammed, and I am unsure who else tried to call in.
It was a record for this show.
Besides a physical MeetUp, how can you talk to 10 members in less than an hour? Many of you know that I have spoken with an ActiveRain member each day since I started back in 2006.

Every day I get multiple phone calls and emails on how to get new business, how to get my website to rank higher in search engines, and how to get more leads.
Here's an example.

This hook is used in a couple
of ways.
First
When meeting a buyer or seller for the first
time, I get to know their needs.
Always having a copy of my book, I will
frequently give it as a gift to a prospective
client.
When asked to sign a copy of
Real Estate The Rome Way
my response goes something like this:
"Sure, I'll be happy to sign the book"
(a brief pause)
" at the settlement table."
This brings smiles and is a wonderful way to get more information
.
So rewarding sitting at a closing when the client pulls out the
book and says:
