Over the years, I have sent out many referrals and for the past decade, most of these agents have been found right here on ActiveRain.
After speaking to so many agents and really getting to know them, my comfort level is high as opposed to choosing an unknown agent just because they may have the right Alphabet Soup letters after their name.
Just yesterday, one of my clients told me they were leaving this weekend for a week in Florida. They found an area and were going down to see some properties.

When someone asks where I sell real estate, my answer is always Baltimore.
It is easier to see, on the map, which county my listings are in.
Note the pinkish area is all Baltimore County.
Take a look at the map above.
The white center area is Baltimore City.
Circling Baltimore City is the Baltimore Beltway 695.
Think of this circle as a clock when giving directions.
All the major roads 95, 795, 70 and 295 lead to our beltway. Baltimore is centrally located and an easy commute from so many areas.

Pimlico, where the Preakness is run, is minutes from my Baltimore home.
The sound of the crowd, music, planes and helicopters could be heard all day....at least until the start of the race. Then it was a different noise.
It was the sound of a heavy rain storm and thunder as the horses were being loaded into the gate.

Today I had a showing scheduled between 3 and 4 at

My live radio show ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE is from 12 - 1 each Sunday so it was the perfect time to announce an Impromptu Open House.

The ACC Craft Show is in Baltimore this weekend...a show that I have been attending for many years. Yesterday we spent hours going up and down the aisles but did not come close to seeing the show in its entirety.
I put together a slide show with items made out of musical instruments, hand blown glass, carved wood furniture, woven metal, rolling glasses, elegant woven fabrics, turned wood, fine beading of a teapot house, a wood iPad stand, door knockers, hooks and house numbers crafted of metal animals and even yarn bombs outside of the Baltimore … (13 comments)
