A home inspection is one of the most time-consuming activities that a Realtor® has to deal with. Take today, for example; it was four hours. It was my listing, my seller is in her nineties, and I was attending. There is a lot to coordinate between arranging the home inspection (including chimney, termite, radon, water, well yield, septic, asbestos, mold). My job is to keep track of who each person is if they have questions or concerns and coordinate the date, times, and reports. Today I had the pleasure of the company of my seller.
