Counseling is a big part when working with Seniors. You often have family members making decisions. Grown children thinking it is best for Mom or Dad to be in condo or adult community. Sometimes they are right but sometimes it is not the right answer. I have seen couples sell their homes at the urging of others...only to reverse the situation and try to come back home.
