I spent a lovely afternoon at a Top Producer Agent Mastermind Lunch at
Liberatore's in Perry Hall, Md.
My friend and fellow CyberStar® invited me to join the group of about 30 agents today. It was a round table discussion, the subject technology.
A list of topics were brought up and then discussed by the group. Seth was an excellent speaker and moderator and made me feel very welcome in a group that everyone seemed to already know each other.

On a recent post about making my own appointments..I received this comment from Lloyd Binen: ''I saw your picture in a webinar class I took this morning and I had no idea you were so famous." Eight of us met at Virginia Kitchen in Herndon, Virginia to wish our friend Allen Hainge, founder of The CyberStars, a Happy and Healthy Birthday!
Our waitress took this photo of Brad, Nancy, Andy, Margaret, Seth, James, Chris and Allen who we affectionately call BUBBA.

It was another beautiful day in Baltimore and a perfect day to entertain friends Ira and Carol Serkes from Berkeley California. They were available at noon and had a 3:00 train. So where do we go.. lunch and what do we want to show off but our Maryland seafood. Allen Hainge and Ellie Palmer were driving over to Baltimore from Reston, VA to meet us for lunch. Great. And I knew exactly how to get to the Bay Café, but it's difficult to explain to someone who doesn't know that area of Baltimore where streets don't all go in a nice, neat, criss-cross grid. This is near the harbor, and some streets have been there for literally hundreds of years. They turn at odd angles, and some are one way.

Overload! That's what it has felt like the last three days. So much information, so much new knowledge, so much sharing and communicating, and so much FUN!
A couple of times a year the Allen Hainge CyberStars® get together for a conference, and this time Orlando was the destination. In between fabulous meals and running from one air-conditioned space to another (it's hot and humid out there!), I learned so much that my brain is overflowing. Some people give so much, and when you are on the receiving end of their help, somehow "Thank You" is not big enough. But it's what we have, and so to make it bigger, I want to share with people who appreciate the importance of giving.
Allen Hainge has given me a great deal in my career, starting with his confidence in my ability when he invited me to be a CyberStar™. When does it take almost 3 hours to drive 69 miles? When you are trying to get through Washington, DC rush hour traffic, of course. That was the way my day started last Wednesday as I headed from Baltimore to suburban Virginia for the CyberStars® Virginia Regional Summit. No pressure, of course, that I was crawling along and guaranteed to be late for the 9:00 a.m. start. Since I had agreed to do a short presentation on advertising, I was just hoping I wouldn't be late for that, too!

Techie Supernovae explode in Real Estate Market
That's the title of the article in Real Estate Reality magazine, the one with Allen Hainge happily floating in space, star shine glinting off his helmet. The point is that Allen, along with CyberStars® Ken DeShaies, Ira Serkes, and Wynne Achatz, are leaders in using the power of Web 2.0 to reach clients and give better service. When does a business lunch become an afternoon with new friends? For Lee and for me, it was when Jay Burnham, a special CyberStar® and Coldwell Banker Realtor®, learned we would be in Boston. As soon as he heard we were coming to his area for a few days each week, Jay contacted me and asked what he could do to help. He arranged for glorious fall weather and lunch at a wonderful restaurant near the aquarium.
